Vinification : De-stemming. 10-day maceration period. Pneumatic pressing. Blending of free run wine and press wine. Fermentation and maturing 9 months in 100% oak barrels. No new barrel.No fining. No filtration before bottling.

Tasting : long in the mouth with a red fruity nose and silky tannins.

Tasting temperature 15 °c.
