Vinification : quality-based pressing with a pneumatic press. Cold static clarification. Fermentation and maturing for 12 months in 100% oak barrels where of 20% new barrels. No fining. No filtration before bottling.

Tasting : elegant, complex nose. Rich wine with a mineral character, enhanced by buttery notes.
