Come to Chateau de Pierreclos

Located on the Wine Route and the Gastronomy Valley, the wine-producing Château de Pierreclos is an essential destination for wine lovers.

Ideally located near Mâcon, the Roche de Solutré, and the Abbey of Cluny, it offers easy access thanks to its proximity to major highways such as Paris-Lyon-Marseille and Centre-East-Atlantic.

The estate can be reached in 90 minutes by train from Paris to the Mâcon Loché train station.

The Wine Estate

The “Clos de Pierre” or “Petra Clausa” is the historic name given to the rock of Pierreclos where vines have been planted since the 6th century.

Like a garden attached to the Château de Pierreclos, the 11-hectare vineyard is cultivated by the family in accordance with organic farming methods.

All our wines, including the Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru, come from the best vineyards and are matured and bottled according to the tradition of the great Chardonnays of Burgundy.

Stay

The castle of Pierreclos is ideally situated in the South of Burgundy. It will allow you to stay in the region to discover its culture and its gastronomy. It is also an ideal stopover on the road to your vacations in France while offering a peaceful and relaxing setting.

The guest rooms and suites are located in the castle grounds to enjoy the atmosphere of the place and the view over the vineyards or the surrounding hills.

If you are a larger group, opt for the Maison d’Amis, which can accommodate up to 20 people. It is ideal for a stay in the countryside to gather with family or friends.

Receptions

The Château de Pierreclos can welcome all your private or professional events in the heart of the vineyard: seminars, family reunions, weddings…

All the reception rooms are located inside the château and we can accommodate up to 480 people seated.

The outdoor terraces allow you to enjoy the view of the vineyard and the hills.

On-site accommodation is available for up to 35 people for your event.
